“Thanks to all concerned.  Our residents had a great time at the local garden centre, good time was had by all.  It helped by having such a lovely driver, we will be booking again soon”

Connecting Communities is a transport service designed to help people who would otherwise not have access to a regular bus service.  Supporting those living in and near Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill.

If you find it difficult to get to college, to the shops, medical appointments or to visit friends and family – we may be able to help.

When you need to make a journey and there is no public transport available to you locally, we will collect you and connect you to an appropriate bus or train link for onward travel.

For journeys where connecting to other services is not possible or inappropriate for you then end to end journeys may be possible.

Call our booking line on 01440-712028 for further information, and to book your journey.

I would be practically housebound as I am 87 years old, unable to walk too far. I just could not manage without the wonderful kind drivers. Nothing is too much trouble. I hate to think about life without Dial a Ride.
