Dial A Ride
What is Dial a Ride?
Dial a Ride is a door to door accessible minibus service for people who find it difficult to use public transport. The Dial a Ride vehicles are fully equipped to carry passengers in wheelchairs. . You can use the bus to - Go Shopping - Visit friends and family - Visit leisure facilities, Clubs and Day Centres etc. We also organise regular Day Excursions: the Seaside, Shopping Centres, Theatre and Pub Lunches.
Who can use the service?
It is available to anyone living in Newmarket, Mildenhall, Lakenheath and the surrounding area who find it difficult to use public transport. You must become a member in order to use the service, please contact us for an application pack.
How do I book?

Monday to Friday 9am - 12.30pm
Please give between 2 days and 2 weeks notice of your travel request in advance.
All requests will be noted and we will try to accommodate everyone but flexibility on time and day of travel will help us to help you, especially at busy times.
